Very simple to fit, with screws,bolt,washers and nuts included!
Yes, its a modified Blobeye STi V-LTD Lip

Is it actually a fully functioning splitter or more for looks? And i'm guessing there is no issue painting the material?

I don't know if this has been asked for before but what about Blobeye STi fog lamp covers in carbon fibre and an alternative mounting for the front number plate similar to the Evo 7/8/9, this would be good for people running FMIC's.
