It all seems 'out of order' to those not in the know and when I saw the thread title I was very suprised.
3 weeks is a long time and he has recent activity on here so let's see what the outcome is.
Witch hunts are all to often on hear without info from both parties involved, so I will be interested to see the final outcome.

Maybe its because they don't want a negative feedback in response, and in his other thread he has threatened to do this.
I guess this is a flaw in the iTrader system.

If i remember correctly Cossie Nutter sold the scoob earlier this year so really there is no need for him to bother with this forums again!

OK cossie-nutter thought he was doing "us scoobynetters all a favour", and as far as ive read he is a genuine bloke but people have paid for an item that they have not received.Regardless of wether he has been ripped off or not, weeks without a response is not good craic.

It may be that this is a genuine case but if it were me I would have let folks know as soon as I thought there was any problems.

All my own opinions and im not slating anyone

Having read the other thread it appears the seller had been scammed himself, but either way he should have PM'd those that have paid him for the AVCRs and let them know about the situation.

3 weeks without communication is a JOKE and had it been an online company, highly unacceptable.

Yes the seller may have good feedback, but as said, he'd sold his scoob, and moved houses so you can't blame those who had forked out £300 to start worrying and getting suspicious.

I do think that if he was going to scam evry one he would have taken more money, I mean to only list 3 and then post that they've all gone to stop people enquiring about them when he'd sold three wuld suggest that he thought he had 3 to sell.
If he was scamming you then he would have been taking money until the concerns started.
I don't agree with him blanking all the concerned buyers for 3 weeks but then I have moved house recently and there really is alot of internet down time despite how quickly your ip says they can do it.
He says he's sorting it out now and if he's been ripped off then I guess its only fair that he gets a chance to raise the funds. I guess what i'm trying to say is that ther's still a good chance people will get their hard earned back.

Good luck to everyone involved

Cossie-nutter this thread was started before i even noticed the for sale section thread if you read through all this thread. The "you wont get paid if this thread carries on" comment just sounds like a excuse not to pay, you may well be a genuine guy but you have upset a few people on here which from what you say is no fault of your own but you do have by the sounds of it over £1000 of peoples money and not giving out pthe goods. And the comment you like a good punch up and can handle yourself how do you not know i can and believe me I can! I would come down if i was guartenteed my money back £40 of fuel is better than loosing £300. Put yourself in mine and others shoes if you paid £300 to me and I didnt send the goods what would you do? I access this via my mobile and work so how can you not access the internet? I have not or dont want to give you a bad name all i want is my money back problem solved. Maybe if you sent all the parties invloved a contact number and even spoke to us to let us know how things are going people wouldnt be as worried. Lets get things sorted

looking into both threads, you can clearly see that cossie nutter is a well respected member of the forum, the point that seems to be missed here is that aswell as people on here being ripped off for 300, this bloke is going to end up over a grand out of pocket through no fault of his own, give the bloke a couple of weeks has he has asked and you lot will be refunded with your money, just he will end up a lot more out of pocket, take a step back and look at it from his point of view before the threatening keyboard warriors start again.

Why does it take so long for the refund? So what you saying is you have got all the £300's and blew the lot.

Even more so because I'm no little push over and always enjoys a good punch up! Again if anyone wants to get in my face about it we meet up eh ?? Instead if hiding behind your pc screens

Keyboard warrior... That i am not! Yes if what is said is true cossie-nutter maybe out of pocket, point been that the money that we paid shouldnt have gone to his contact until we recieved the goods. Thing that gets me is no contact it took for me to start this thread to get any contact at all. If he wasnt reputable I wouldnt have paid the money into his bank. He says he is sorting it so we'll see what happens.

Personally I believe that the goods should never have been put up for sale until they were 'in hand' with either the seller or his mate.

I can understand the seller feeling frustrated but I am suprised as to why he would be quite happy to sort it out with fists if any buyer feels that way inclined.

I think though my sympathies are with the buyers who until very recently have not been fully aware of the seller's situation, I suppose why should ask ourselves how would we feel if we paid £300 and to all intense purposes had received nothing to date?

It is good to see that things are being sorted and that the seller has not hidden from the problem.

OP - The title of your thread is hardly helpful and is antagonistic - hardly going to help much - So much for guilty until proven otherwise.

Those just stirring things up - Rather than keep on with the negative stuff just shut up and give him time to make good on his wordrs a few posts back in this thread.

Anyone else not directly involved why don't you just shut up - a pi$$ing competition just isn't going to help now is it.

paul the reason i posted my comment was because nobody looks at things from the other point of view on here, people just all jump on the band wagon of accusing everyone of being a scammer, and if dave looked at the other thread properly he will see that cossie nutter said it will take that long for a refund because its going out of his own pocket as he has paid his supplier for the avc'rs and cant get the money back himself.

How about replying to my PM regarding the centre section I paid for nearly a month ago?? As I said in the PM I would like a refund as I have had to buy one from elsewhere to get the car through the MOT.

A simple acknowledgement would be nice rather than blatently ignoring my messages. Doesnt take much effort on your part seeing as you have had £90 of my money sat in your account nearly 4 weeks!!

Thats exactly what you have done but on a smaller scale. You paid £300 for a item you didnt have, cossie nutter paid £900+ for items he didnt have.

Should be a pretty simple transaction then shouldn't it? Paypal? Bankers draught etc? Cheque via post? What's the hard work in it??
Threatening people isn't the way to go,Cossie nutter should be more concerned with keeping his "good reputation" good rather than threatening to punch peoples heads in and to rip them off.
Sure i'll buy from you mate after seeing that reaction.

burbling1 if you paid a reputable company like scoobyclinic or scoobyworld and didnt recieve what you had paid for because they turned around and said there having problems with their mate would you still say that? I think not a trader should know better. Cossie nutter is sorting out hopefully
