Spec C is a competition version (the C standing for competition), lighter, roller bearing twin scroll turbocharger (still a 2ltr), transmission and engine oil coolers (proper ones
) and lots of other goodies.
The Spec D (d is for discreet), is just based on a 2.5ltr engine, doesnt have all the bling kit like big spoiler, is a bit more "upper class"

mine would either be a 22b or a S203. or if i had a garage that only i could get in it would be a s201 due to the fact it is higher spec'd than the 22b, has been said it handles better, is more powerful and there was less made but it would have to be in the garage as its ugly as sin.
