Thanks Guys,

My WRX didnt come with a shift light (The sti did) , I did consider the cluster swap but now I have the full matching defi kit it makes sense to keep what I have.

The car revs so hard that its hard to shift and drive so the omex should help ..... and it looks cool

Stunning! RCM's new place is so clean you could eat your dinner off the floor. I have used them for years. Mind you, I have not had any major work done like that with them but I do dream about spending a few quid! LOL. My biggest problem is my car is my daily driver, I have no second car so cannot afford to be without one for weeks. But more importantly, an 8 year old, 107k mile car aint really the best age to start anymore mods!
Or is it? Ha. I have my eye on the 320R if I am honest, or a car from Litchfields' stock would be awesome also.

A few updated photos before she gets stored away for the winter.....

All the defis and shift lights have also been fitted (top job by RCM as always)

Glove box install (defi control unit and omex unit)

Defi display turns off when yours stationary. It also now show a warm up sequence until the water temp gets to a safe level.

I have a small vid of the shift light in action but need to edit it down so it’s less incriminating

Hi Guys,

Happy new Year lol as you can tell the updates/ Mods stopped during winter to let my bank account settle down and to get some over time done ready for summer.

A few major changes to the interior occurred over a few wet weekends. (Most people think I am mad!) It started with a deep clean but then I decided it was time to get rid as I never take passengers in the back. It’s not a Taxi go get your own car.

I have also changed the Side lights and interior to LEDs, and removed the grab handles to make the car a little more Spec C look.

And then the a few small additions that I have ready to go in when I get some time.

Big thanks to Dave Garret and Frayz who have both given me some great advice, over the moon with the Kit I have bought.

Will update with a few more additions when they turn up.

Nice items

Why take out the back seats? They weight very little, so not much in the way of weight saving by removing them.

I put mine back in, the rear looks messy with them out and like you say they dont weigh much. I just found some other things to remove instead!

Nice parts!

I think he did it to politely tell "would-be passenger" go take a taxi or buy your own car.

Thanks guys, just trying to get the Buddy club seat rails sorted and the kit will be going in, I agree Rob not a great deal of weight but it all adds up (makes up for the fat driver)

I am trying to do the car in a true Japanese style eg look at what everyone else has done and copy. If I can sort out the pennies then Carbon wall is next on the list. I fell in love with Frayz carbon look when he posted it up last year.
