Silver Blobeye STi PPP.....Now do I still want to get rid of it????

Id say keep it, you will get bored with the easier ride and wish you had a Scooby again. Maybe its because your not using it to its full potential perhaps?
I dont know you and what you get up to so you may already be a track monster :P

There's such a HUGE temptation to take it one or two stages further. Sure 340-350Bhp is quick but i'd love 400-450Bhp. Tbh that's another reason I was thinking of getting rid, to take that temptation away. I go to sleep at night sometimes thinking of what to do next. The 321T that Zak said I could have, along with one of Harvey's up pipes, bigger injectors and a few other tweeks would see 400-420 but then what?? Do I then leave it there or go on another stage......Does my head in sometimes

The VF48 sounds like quite a bargain M8. Maybe look into it if i decide to keep it. Although Zak @ Mocom has said i can have his old MD321T & GT Spec II Headers at a really good price even got free fitting thrown in Mapping extra though lol.
Have thought about a big diesel, quite like the idea of 450-500 Ft Lbs from one of them. BMW being rear wheel drive also makes it tempting, although I remember reading a review of a 330D when they first came out and remember the line...."Has less grip than Bambi on ice with the traction control turned off in the wet"

i used to have a 330d before my wrx last sept and owned it for about 3 years. Only reason why i got it is because i just had twins and wanted to be more sensible and more comfort, was so boring and wished i had another subaru. But would you like to see how your quote ...."Has less grip than Bambi on ice with the traction control turned off in the wet" result ended up being???????????????????????

well there is ya bambi on ice lol. the magazine is right it was a bit lively on the rear in the wet. i had it mapped by AMD and a few other bit's and put it on rollers and it kicked out 234bhp, 393lbs. was a nice motor to drive and alot of fun too for a diesel. very smooth and comfortable. i've had 4 scoobies now and have not had one for a while untill december just gone and love it all over again.
the story is i was on my way to work in the morning and going down country lanes and to be honest i was driving like a tit and was drifting it in the wet. came round a bend about 60mph **** out all was ok until i thought it would be a good idea to give it a bit more power in which the **** went to much out, pointing me in the ditch taking 7 small trees down and went up on it's left hand side then hit the big tree which stopped me and pushed the car back over on it's wheels.
The words touching cloth came to mind when it was happening.
