i kinda gave up 4 weeks ago without even realising lol, just didnt buy any one night, forgot the next day, ive allways been a odd smoker could not have one for few days not bother me, to be honest i have had a couple over the weeks but i cant see the harm in that.
one thing, ive been on a diet for a while, and my weight loss has seriously slowed down !!!
quite gutting it almost makes me want to smoke every day again, im eating no more than usual

Congratulations SS, you have done well. I know how you feel now, it was the same for me. I started when I was in hospital and managed to keep off them when I came out, Did not have any patches but I cornered the market in maltesers instead
I put on weight too of course but you will get shot of it eventually.
The financial saving is amazing. I was able to afford to buy a Scoooby after I stopped!

I treated myself to my CTR, well worth it!
I gave up on holiday with the boyfriend. He couldnt manage it and changed into an aggressive ****. Its weakness and giving up certainly sorts the men from the boys.
I thought it would be so much harder than it has been. My downfall was Xmas, i ate everything that didnt move. My weight has leveled out now and slowly getting back to normal.
You can see from the pic i posted that i dont look fat, its just that my clothes are too tight
I think if you are prepared for the weight gain and eat healthy then you are ok. Summer is on the way and by then i will be back to normal but smoke free.
I could never kiss someone that has been smoking now euwww

Never even tried one in my 25 years of existance.
Had cravingst at 12-13 but I was brought up in a military fashion so too scared.
Kinda glad, as smoking is ******* rank. Few of my friends smoke as I choose carefully.

i quit 2 years ago and started 6 months ago ,god i love it ,i even like the smell ,while i write this im thinking about having one
