There must be a number of people on the list who have never been anywhere near this place (me included), so surely a convoy of our cars all going in together would be far more professional.

I honestly expected to meet at the Lodge for this one, for that exact reason...... so I ask again.. why not???

Seriously, not the Lodge. The BP at Boreham would be better, there will be people from other car clubs meeting us and that will be more familiar to them. Also less likely we will get broken up.

We have to be in by 10am so I was thinking that we would meet at BP by 9am. Wait till 9-15am for any stragglers. Arrive at venue by 9-30am.

I'll dig out the stove and kettle. I'll grab a couple of water bottles and milk. If people bring themselves a cup/mug along we won't have to mess about with plastic cups.

Going to Boreham for me is further and more complicated than going to the Lodge, so how about I meet you at that roundabout you showed at the bottom of three mile hill, which according to Google Maps looks easy to find... What time are you going to be there?.... 9ish?

 

Cool Looie, it's the roundabout we will all have to go round in order to go in the house entrance. The pull in area isn't massive but enough for the 5 of us.

Spaces on the stand are full afaik. Unless you can take someones space who can't make it. Milamber is your man for that.

But If just want to look around, yup it's a show. Think there's a charge of a tenner to get in once the doors open at 10.

 

Exactly as MNeame said. It's a show open to the public. The names on the list are for those of us going on the club stand.
