I have all the tickets.

What I suggest is that we meet somewhere beforehand and convoy in. That way it will be easier to park in our allocated spaces.

I would suggest maybe the BP petrol station car park in Boreham or maybe the car park of roller city at 9am.

Does anyone have a better plan?

roller city sounds good chris, no customers at that time and plenty of room
