2 days with auto electrics wizard, checked everything including cleaning injectors, no faults on wiring sensors immobiliser etc, no fueling problems, definitely loosing spark on every 3rd or 4th cycle. only one answer ECU.
New one being fitted tomorrow if it arrives in time.
let you all know what happens.
If it fails now its one dead scooby.

 

Now i have had it with this thing, new ecu no difference. Found out what is happening not why.
At 4000 revs it is loosing the earth to 2 injectors, live feed is there but effectively it shuts down 2 cylinders. alarm immobilser etc all disconnected. Auto electrician reckons the ecu is picking up a signal from somewhere and that is what is creating it. He has had it a week now and its just about got him beat.
If anybody has any more ideas, we are open to try anything.
