I took the boys for the day. There was a thread in "General" promoting the day. I fancied a go in the atom but it was too busy. Alex tried Marty`s P1 to compare cars... I saw ya launchin

 

Did it sound ok then, couldnt always get a good launch as they were moving us through quickly at some time, a GT40 opened his door on Matty's rear quarter, then drove off.

WMI @ Weston-Super-Mare "Meet on the beach 2012" Sunday 09/09/12

WMI's 3rd year Anniversary (and my birthday) will be celebrated as a day trip/ "Meet on the beach" at Weston-Super-Mare on Sunday 9th September 2012.

*Convoy will leave Star City at 08:00hrs prompt (aiming to get to WSM for 10am) M6 and M5

*Only one official service stop on route at Michael Wood Services (J13-J14 M5) for 20minutes.

*Bristol and Bath Scoobies (our guests) will join us in a rolling convoy from Gordano services at approx 09:30hrs.

*Parking will be on the beach with a dedicated pitch near the Pier on the sand.

*We will return back late evening/night.

*Picnics and small BBQ's permitted.

*Sadly no pets permitted

*Well behaved children (and adults) welcome.

*Local press and the ABF will be in attendance.

* Please note that this is WMI member (and BBS) event only !
