Morning guys, cold one today

 

insurance new quotes are wellllllllllll dear this year

 

It ain't 'alf. Had to defrost the car today.

 

Yeah tell me about, it feels like most of them are just profiteering and using the insurance rises as an excuse

there was only a little bit of ice on ours this morning but it's gonna be really cold at work

 

It was 1 degree when I let for work this morning. It's a nice 16 now according to the car.

 

So lets get this right:
we pay through the nose for car insurance, which rises every year.

Then when you are in an unfortunate position like imprezajon is, they offer you peanuts

 

thats it we car drivers get shafted every way possible

 

And there's nothing you can do about it. Unless you can find similar spec'd cars for sale and show what they are going for. I did this when I was younger when they offered me half the price of my car until I showed them what it was really worth.

 

Evening all just bin nandos for a fat munch still silly quotes insurance it's gone up a grand for no apparent reason!!!!

 

this is exactly the process i am going through at the moment £5600 the offer to replace like for like starts at £7000 and thats not even the same spec. buckles in for the long hall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

insurance are just arseholes jon, you do get the odd one with a good reputation such as moley but the majority or at least the ones I have ever dealt with aren't willing to do anything for you other than rape you of your cash and the offer a p!ss poor value on your pride and joy in the unfortunate event of an accident

Its my own fault that I don't have no claims. I either change my car so cancel the insurance or I end up on traders from work. I no longer work at a garage so can't be put on a traders policy. No offers as of yet so I'm looking at insurance. As soon as I do its comming off sale.

I am 22 and do live in Birmingham.

Someone must have some ideas or somehwere to get insured *wink* *wink*.

Guys please I need help.

 

unfortunatly birmingham has been put on the insurance blacklist, due to the high rate of personal injury claims (apparently on the chester road is the worst for it ) there was a news report on it last month, and brum is in the top 5 in the country.

Have u tried admiral? You can adjust your excess to bring your premium down and they also do a 10 month accelerator scheme where u get a years no claims after 10 months.

 

And ad u wimp man up and get some spicy food down you!

I don't mind a nandos occasionally but I'm in aggreeance with Andy the menu can be a little bland, and i think its a bit of a **** take when your charged extra for cheese and pineapple
