Its cheating imho and you can't compare a car running meths to one that isn't....
Its all just a bit to 2fast2furious for me lol
And dont forget to inform your insurance company too. If you dont, they will use it as an excuse not to pay out as it is a "modification". Also, if your store it at home, then your home insurance will need to be told also...(sorry to be "doomy and gloomy")
Seriously measure it out. As sad as it sounds I do it litre by litre. It really takes no time at all.
I own 2 x 5l jerry cans, and 2 x 10l jerry cans.
When I first starting using meth, I ran the car literally until it stalled so I knew the tank was very nearly empty. You would be very surprised how far the car will drive on the fuel light.
I had preprepared a 5l jerry can with 1 (and a bit - as there is still a teeny teeny bit still in the tank) litres of meth, and 4 litres of V-Power. Also a 10 litre jerry can of meth. So when the car stalled, I poored the 5 litre jerry can in the tank, drove to the nearest Shell station, poured in the 10 litre tank, and put in 40 litres of V-Power on top of it.
And from now on, depending on how many miles I'm intending to, depends which jerry can I fill up with meth and take with me. I always have a 5 litre can filled with 5 litres with me.
Maths is simple. When you say you want to run 20% meth, imagine it as 20% of the whole amount of fuel in the tank.
1 litre of meth + 4 litres of V-Power = 5 litres total fuel
2 litres of meth + 8 litres of V-Power = 10 litres total fuel
3 litres of meth + 12 litres of V-Power = 15 litres total fuel
4 litres of meth + 16 litres of V-Power = 20 litres total fuel
5 litres of meth + 20 litres of V-Power = 25 litres total fuel
10 litres of meth + 40 litres of V-Power = 50 litres total fuel (maximum recommended to put it, really only just manages to fit in when the fuel light is on)
You can fit 6 litres in a 5 litre if that's more convenient, smaller can and all, so 6l meth + 24l V-Power = a nice 30 litres total in the tank.
Hope that helps

See its this sort of stuff i need to know. not planning on running it everyday as i do silly mileage a week and away from home. my mate has said he can store the smaller ones at his unit for me so i'll make sure he lets his insurance know. cheers!
Plus it's cheaper to run too
Most would say either run it permanently, or just for track days etc, as swapping which you use from day to day could get messy.
In regards to emissions.. no idea!
