hi all, hope u are well and have had a good day??
ive had THE day from hell today literally
started quite well and positive, went to surrey (guilford) to pick up a new subaru, when we got there we realised it was actually at the top gear racetrack so i had a cheeky play on the track lol
the car has had some mega ££s spent on it and its really clean, i was originally going to take off a few parts and sell it on, but the stuff that is on it really might have changed my mind.. i think im gonna brake the whole thing!! will be a shame but as u all know, cars r worth way more in parts.
ANYWAY, things went downhill from here. tried to get the car on the truck and even with blocks it almost ripped the front bumper off so i was pretty gutted, thought things couldnt get much worse until we got home and there was going to be the same hassle getting it off..
i was correct, a mission and a half to get the car off, the bumper ended up having to be taken off and the exhaust caught underneath and came apart. i was lucky neither were damaged!!
at this point i paid the reovery guy and was gonna go to bed before anything else went wrong..... i was too slow!!!!
as the guy went to drive off he turned and the rear of his truck has caved all the side of my blue subaru in!!! back door, front door and front wing are all caved in on the driver side ... so looks like breaking that too now, im gutted.
so now im sitting here feeling sorry for myself, and after i finish this message im going to bed (if nothing else happens on the way)
i hope u have had a better day than me, and i hope tomorrow is a better day alltogether!!!
rant over, i had to moan somewhere lol... goodnight folks!!
ps. i have a hell of a lot of uprated parts etc now so pm me if ur after anything.. watch this space

Big up to Thunderpole for a great service. Ordered my CB radio Friday from them after to-ing and fro-ing on here ( many thanks for your help with my questions!) and in Maplins. They quoted a next working day delivery for £8 so went for the freebie snail mail service and it arrived today
Typical as Ive just put the Scooby away for storage today so will have to wait till the weekend to fit it.
Tempted to try it out in Emms Punto for testing purposes. Just need to think of a "handle" now.
What do you guys use to id yourself on these things?

Ironic thing is, I thought it was a 40 since I missed the 30 sign due to the roadworks and their lack of diversion, and was consciously doing 4-5mph less than what I thought the limit was. Bugger. Just got to play the waiting game now.
Pretty sure I saw it flash and when I looked in my mirror the couple walking towards the camera were both looking back over their shoulder at me.
