Would be running with sports cat and standard sti top mount so 390-400 would be nice but would it not be better to be running on the safe side rather than maxing injectors out?

Also what would my 550cc fetch, £125??

Well today has been very productive.

First of all i replaced the final coilover.

Then a friend stopped by...

After he went i got the wife to clean the old billies ready for sale...

Then as the wife had nothing to do and kept on hinting to go shopping so i got her to sand down my silver grill, primer it and get it ready to paint white. She done a bloody good job mind. That kept her bust until food time.

After this i put my turbo heatshields back on, refitted the intercooler, changed the fuel filter, oil filter and oil (plugs changed 2 weeks ago)

I started the car and from cold the car sounded great, no dodgy noises and a steady 800rpm idle.

Next was to see why my CB was not working, i called a friend over and found that the antenna wire was a little loose so with that fixed i can now hear and speak. Bing bong lol2.gif

The plan was to wax clean and polish until my son snapped off my Harmon Kardon ipod controller thing so i decided to rip the whole installation out and whilst i was at it i started installing the wiring for a sub and amp whic i never completed it as it started getting dark so i caled it a day.

hi all, hope u are well and have had a good day??
ive had THE day from hell today literally
started quite well and positive, went to surrey (guilford) to pick up a new subaru, when we got there we realised it was actually at the top gear racetrack so i had a cheeky play on the track lol
the car has had some mega ££s spent on it and its really clean, i was originally going to take off a few parts and sell it on, but the stuff that is on it really might have changed my mind.. i think im gonna brake the whole thing!! will be a shame but as u all know, cars r worth way more in parts.
ANYWAY, things went downhill from here. tried to get the car on the truck and even with blocks it almost ripped the front bumper off so i was pretty gutted, thought things couldnt get much worse until we got home and there was going to be the same hassle getting it off..
i was correct, a mission and a half to get the car off, the bumper ended up having to be taken off and the exhaust caught underneath and came apart. i was lucky neither were damaged!!
at this point i paid the reovery guy and was gonna go to bed before anything else went wrong..... i was too slow!!!!
as the guy went to drive off he turned and the rear of his truck has caved all the side of my blue subaru in!!! back door, front door and front wing are all caved in on the driver side ... so looks like breaking that too now, im gutted.
so now im sitting here feeling sorry for myself, and after i finish this message im going to bed (if nothing else happens on the way)
i hope u have had a better day than me, and i hope tomorrow is a better day alltogether!!!
rant over, i had to moan somewhere lol... goodnight folks!!

ps. i have a hell of a lot of uprated parts etc now so pm me if ur after anything.. watch this space

Yeah i love buying things for it mate, don't think the mrs does now we have two kids! Lol it's a my00 Uk spec turbo classic. It's had a full rebuild via Mark@Thwaites and has a 3" turbo back exhaust system, hks ssqv and quick shift kit. Next up is a td05, simtek ecu to run mafless which seems like a good idea due to the my00 MAF sensors being crap and to get a/l, induction kit, coilovers, sti top mount/fmic, the list goes on. After having the simtek fitted and mapped should hopefully be seeing 300bhp+ easily with the stock injectors which I believe are 440's on a my00. Do want to change the exhaust for a nur spec aswell.
