Warwick guys, I'd like to try and find a point close to the venue for us all to meet up at so we can all rock up to the show together "Make an entrance", like! Same for the P1 event at Prodrive on the 9th May. I'll take a look at this

Thinking where'd be a good convoy point?
There's the Maybird shopping center?

I'm gunna try organise a convoy point for everyone... So 100's of cars, and 50 or so bikes all come in at the same time... Mega noise makes for mega coolness!
Just thinking where at the moment.
I don't know how far a 150+ vehicle convoy can run for?

It's hard enough keeping 30 cars together in a convoy, let alone 150

Tom, the Porridge Pot/Holiday Inn on the Warwick side of J15 of the M40 is where we often meet up when going to Shakespeare Raceway, plenty of parking and easy to get to.

Stu, I know yeah. Would be cool if I could get as many as I can.

There's also the pub on the way to SCR, think the car park can hold 30-40ish cars, if there's too many, there's a lay by over the road, and there's also another lay by on the same road. Will check it out and find you all post codes.

For the convoy set up, I'm thinking you boys meet wherever, then drive to Walton Hall. There, there will be another convoy point. This convoy point then meets in Stratford (Maybird Center) which then pick up another convoy point from the pub located near to SCR, which, if all goes well, should allow pretty much everyone to roll up at the same time.
It's just a thought.

Anyone think it's totally stupid, or could it work?

mate there is no point doing one massive convoy, picking up people on the way and stopping every 10mins or so, we just wont fit/or work

best thing to do is, several convoys from variois places, meet at one massive loaction (near the venue) and then go from there to the main venue itself

Ah right, okayy.

I'm not sure where there is then. Could speak to the county council and ask whether they'd be able to close the Stratford Recreation Ground car park down for 20 minutes...

How about Stratford leisure centre? It is en-route for everyone coming from the M40 direction and has masses of space to meet by the Coach Park.
