I used mines today but I'm really disappointed, I've used a class 4 card but the picture is really dark and blurry.

Any ideas.

Where have you got the camera mounted ?? obviously like any video recording source the more light the better the results , so a bit more info such as where you have the cam mounted, light conditions ie is it day or night when you are recording etc may help us to help you.

class 4 would not effect the picture quality but could effect the recording/ play back results as from what I keep reading you really do require class 6 but as I say this particular thing would not make any difference to the actual picture quality.

possibly just a faulty camera ??

let us know regards the above and will see if I can help further

I first tried it mounted on the windscreen, it was 3pm so the light was good. I then tried it tonight around 18:30 mounted to my front grill, it was really dark although there was still a fair bit of daylight. I put my headlights on to compensate for fading light.

I'm going to give it another go tommorow.

My PC didn't/doesn't automatically recognise it's in webcam 'mode' ...but opening up VLC media player & going thru the media menu & capture device tab (configure the video device to spca1528) & bingo (play) ...i can see what it sees

Would recommend one, been playing with mine today and im amazed at the quality such a little thing can take!

The only bit i have a problem with is aligning the camera, as i took some test video in the car and ended up pointing it at the bonnet pretty much
