Justy was a terrible shock , you know how can they honestly make a car so bad, but the worst by far was a Daewoo Esperanto or Eczma or Enema, something like that. Total crap. Feeble engine that sounded like a dying Yugo and had the handling a small yatch. Ok it had aircone but when you switched it on the car would not accelerate !! What a pile of junk..no wonder the went bankrupt producing this drivel in this day and age..
Argh scary just thinking about it...yuk !!

My worst and best are comparable to cars I had at the time.
Worst car:
Handed in a Rover Tomcat for annual service.
Got given a Rover 211 (?) Automatic
Best car:
Handed in an Escort 1.4 for annual service.
Got given a Probe 24v (all the trimmings)
Sonic

speaking from the point of view of a dealer
all i can tell you all is that the cost of these cars is not recovered and are provided as a gesture of goodwill if you want better bigger faster cars demand them we will give you them but we will have to recover the cost somehow i.e. increasing labour rates which im sure you would find even more disagreable than having to drive a free small slow courtesy car.
and remember this my friends ( 3 rd class transport beats 1 st class footwear anyday of the week )
on a lighter note driving a dinky toy makes you appreciate your scooby more when you get it back.
Regards
Tim

My worst car was a vauxhall astra 1.6 auto, that is the slowest thing I have ever driven.
Best was a Mercedes C180 Elegance, not quick but very nice

Yep Justy the worst I've had.
Agree with AndyW and SimonM, I run a Skoda Deisel as a second car. Its not that suprising they are good to drive, its really a VW Polo with a Polo/Golf engine.

i'm scooby boys woman! and i just want to say that the chinq is not as crappy as u all make out. i own a chinq ( V. embarassing for scoobyboy!!) and i have to say that i don't have any problems with the peddles. it's just that blokes don't like driving them because it ruins their macho image!!!!!!!!

I've had the misfortune to get a Justy too in the past. It was actually better than the Clio I've been driving today. This car was so slow. The accelerator seemed to have 2 positions - deceleration position (99% of the pedal travel) and very gentle gain in speed (only achieved with pedal to the metal). I couldn't believe it when I got my own car back - felt like it had 800 bhp.
Oh and the worst thing of all, I had to endure a whole day of Clio diesel snail performance for nothing because with the bad weather up here, there were no staff to sort my engine. Re-booked for next week - and I'm not going to take the Clio again.

I can't spell it either, but had one of these for two weeks while insurance companies debated about a cracked bumper. When I got back in the scoob it was like the first time driving it again. It scared the cr4p out of me for another two weeks. I actually considered buying the slowest car I could find, and driving them on alternate weeks
