To be honest i wouldnt really want to hold the deposit for 2 months as i would prefer a quick sale so i can start looking for the replacement but obviously if i still have it in 2 months time i will let you know
I will take some decent up to date pics tomorrow as it is now spotlessly clean

I would like to think I am not far off buying a spec c as I have been planning it for some months now. Sadly not quite ready for this one.
Can anyone tell me who the best company to get an insurance quote with though or just maybe give me some idea of how much I could expect to pay/
I'm a 37 year old Psychologist with full no claims.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try Keith Michaels or A plan for a quote, also no such thing as a version 8 spec c (versions stopped at 6) but understand that the spec c has no sound proofing, the earlier models lack electric windows and central locking, shorter service intervals on the JDM twin scroll cars over the uk cars (7.5k/6 months) v 10k miles/1 year.

Tony, the 6 month service is just an oil change + the usual annual service incl another oil change of course.
My Spec C insurance was about £500pa & I was also 37 when I owned it
TX.

Thanks Tony and Terminator X. "Version 8" dropped from me details
Do you reckon I can get away with using one every day?
I want to go for something a bit different to a standard STI and like the idea of having something lightweight, fairly new when compared to classics and something ideally already modded and mapped towards the 350-400bhp side of things. I like modding myself but to be honest I am pretty lazy and often quite busy.
When I do come to buying which will hopefully be in a few short months I plan on spending up to 14k.
I am seriously considering holding back until new year and waiting until I can afford a hawkeye type 25 spec c but I'm itching for another Impreza.
