seen someone in a new silver wrx sti hatch on oystermouth road this evening honked the horn but was to ignorant to wave back why is this do these guys think they are better than any one in a classic impreza

I was over in Wales last week, saw a light blue Hawkeye parked in Morissons in Brecon, SWS stickers, I was in the dirty 03 D Blob

Hatch drivers never wave (well the ones down West don't)..no idea why they think they're better than anyone else??? IMO looks like an Astra

Black classic on the A470 link road by the retail park Merthyr.

Helllo to you, yes i drive an impreza too.. there is no need to cane it past me and nearly rear ending a Focus though..

Tell me about it! I was only up there last week making sure it was ok for mapping on, then they went and threw chipping everywhere! Luckily most have them have been sprayed to the side of the road and it was only in one direction.
Mapping went well, although the water pump decided to give up the ghost. There was a problem when i first had it, but i haven't really booted it since, so it re-highlighted itself under load. Luckily Bob was uploading the final map when it really decided to leak, so it had a refill with "Volvic" and a gentle drive home. So my plans to do the timing belt have now been brought forward along with a water pump and cool running thermostat, while the pumps off.
