Can you confirm/correct this? The wheels I want need converting (114 to 100) and are going to be tight as it is :/
Also, can you do different sizes (ie, rear 1 size, front another)?

The ebay spacers - 80 quid for a pair ie dearer than CDF, unless you require just a pair. Also they're just 20mm not bespoke.

I did not mean to suggest these were better / cheaper etc. Just saying that I had previously looked at another set. As it worked out I changed wheels and didn't need them for my newage. But I must admit I like the degign with the tappered countersunk bolts and the push in studs.

I plan to measure up my classic tonight and see if I think I can get away with widening my track without fouling the arches and I may be interested in a set of the CDF spacers. Its a bit difficult to tell though as I have not set-up and of the suspension, just throwing it all on for trial fit.
And I have adjustable rear lateral arms so can woden things a little more at the back!!

Wuz - may need a shot of the arch roller.

Aye, fair enough.

Would be interested to hear how your classic measures up. With rear arches rolled my v6 is ok with et48 17" fitted with 225/45s. Front rubbed on coilovers at lower settings but was easy enough to raise to suit. Was thinking of using spacers to clear new brakes but that presents 2 possible problems. It might need rolling of front arches which makes re-fitting the plastic liner a pain. Secondly my arch-rolling guy is pretty sure the rears won't go any further (ie. the Subaru monkey metal rolls ok but won't flare successfully)

Didn't get around to fitting the suspension etc last night.

I'll have it thrown on at the weekend but its only going to be placed on and not set-up, so will be difficult to get a feel for it. Ride height will be left high for putting on a trailer (moving house in 2 weeks) so wont be a real measurement.

I'll probably have a go and flaring the arch a bit. Nothing to loose as car will either be painted or re-shelled after a years use on the new engine. Depends whether I pick up a 3-door shell at the right price. LOL

I dont run front arch liners so no worries there.

Hi,

I still do not get it. Can I use my nuts to fit the wheel on the spacers or do I have to take the "new" nuts from the spacer-kit?

Thanks Sven

Would these spacers work well on a hatch STI? I'm looking to make it more aggressive (not lowered it at all)
