BBC Local weather interweb forecast for Harlow shows they predict it will start at 03.00am here, stopping at 06.00, then starting again at 09.00 with very poor visibility, so I guess that's when it
really starts!
Wonder how much is going to fall at 03.00 then......... and if it will settle.... I 'ain't waking up to find out though..... or staying up to see either - I will let Dazza do those antics....
