Perhaps he is the type of chav "dad" with aggressive trophy dogs, which might give us some insight into the character of this smirking father who thinks it's a right laugh that his son is trying to organise the rest of the kids to ostracise pikey's son.

Its been a couple of days how is the lad is it any better?

 

The only solution I'd say will be when your son doesn't take the bullying anymore. That's easily said, but these kind of things usually sort themselves out. It's definitely not acceptable though... so maybe try the martial arts etc, as you said?

Bullies always go for weakness... not necessarily physical, but maybe your boy lacks a bit of confidence and they see that as an opportunity.

Hope it gets sorted for you. It does sound a bit "alpha BS"(as Martin said) that you were wanting to kick the other Dad's teeth in, but there's nothing worse than someone not giving a sh*t about something important, so I would probably have reacted the same way.
