Update
Got the car tweaked again by Tackhound just to change fuelling ect
Got a new bootlid as mine had a bit of rust on it and some blobeye sti lights lets just say i got it uber cheap lol
Still supposed to resting after laser eye surgery but im sick of that **** so been productive today stripping a blob sti haha
Well here is my new bootlid and blobeye sti rear lights
I can get the headlights, slam panel ect and do a full blobeye conversion but not sure yet need to have a think as i like my front bumper
No spoiler
1 new light with no spoiler
ALL done - Boot polished ect new lights on and working
Going to fix the rust on my old boot and wrap it in carbon and see what it looks like :-)

TBH i would probably keep all the parts lads incase i prang it or something lol
Before someone comments the "scooby eater" sticker was a **** take as my mate bought it for his evo but i swiped it from him lol the new bootlid does NOT have one haha

Was at RA Motorsport Developments yesterday picking up some bits and getting my new flaps fitted
Picked up some 2007 STI JDM DEFI dials. Fitted them today had to change a bit of wiring but nothing mental

I have no idea why you'd do the gauges? 
The other question I have is how the car run with the exhaust the way it was before it was mapped, i.e downpipe etc? The reason I ask is that I'm thinking of sticking the 2nd decat pipe on mine and running for a bit before mapping.

Ive heard of folk that have fitted a full 3" decat system and not remapped and said they ran with for ages without a problem, but to tbh you dont gain anything from doing this until you do remap.

These gauges look alot better than the boring normal STI ones mate.
Nah just beginning next up is a Hawkeye front end conversion i think. Was at RA motorsport and he was telling me the ins and outs of it.
Also some Rotas/Coilovers/Cosworth brakes............... Keep you eyes on this going to go wild in the next couple of months hopefully.
Oh yea the radiatior burst last night. Bloody bolt off the alternator cover came loose jammed in the bottom of it and put a hole in it... Bad times

I think you'l be fine so long as you keep off boost, or at least dont rag it around. The back pressure will be reduced thus your likely to overboost, and id imagine the cell light will come on too. If your car is already mapped for one of the Cats removed then as above, if you havent had the car mapped and you have now/will be removing both Cats then be carefull.

That's a pain about the radiator, have you managed to fix?

Its not leaking on ideal only a wee bit under full whack lol
Yea Andy explained but i can source the bits cheap and will do the conversion myself then get him to paint ect
Found this one - Not fussed about a alloy one or anything like that

how comes the newer bumper has a groove for the light to sit in then? can you post some close up pictures?

Hey buddy i sold them the day after i fitted my dials.
There are a couple of sets on ebay the now.
Not sure bud they went straight on (well pulled the foam off the bottom of them and jobs a good'n
Well today has left me skint i bought 18x8.5" Rota Grid Drifts on Falken rubber and some blue anadoised wheel nuts (lightweight haha)
Just got them fitted and am shattered lol had boxing at 12.1.30 then off to Keith then home then fitting the wheels ect
