Yeh, but you also went from 2.0 to 2.1 ? so I assume that change has had a big impact on the figures. If however both results are from a 2.1 then there are some serious differences!
Aint had a 2.0 litre for a long time. Both turbo's are on the exact same engine, fuel, rollers, ect ect

GT Spec Headers, Harvey 3 bolt up pipe and SC42 going on tomorrow, remap probably Wednesday so will be parked up until then.
If I get what I'm hoping for I'll let you know, otherwise expect tumbleweed from me on the thread
The car made 382/340 on a nearly dead standard clutch so it will be interesting to see quite how much these mods might better that.
I've been told tubular headers should give me an increase in torque at this level, Harvey up pipe may increase that further whilst keeping spool earlier in the range and the SC42 being billet in comparison with the 20g I'm currently running will hopefully keep the car spooling nicely and possibly even a bit earlier.
Watch this space...

from massive power to sensible road power, the new SC32 billets are at last in stock.
These are TD04 based with at least 300 BHP on tap for the Subaru owner who wants more power than standard but does not want the expense of bigger brakes, clutch, gearbox etc.
Up for garbs on an exchange basis at £495.00 + Vat.

Got an sc50 billet turbo ver 1 to go on my 2004 sti motor in my 99 classic model turbo. Thinking of going rotated downpipe would this work. As it is one a 2.0 was thinking this may assist spool as also going rotated manifold in a bid to assist the lack of torque with the 2.0 motor anyone know if this would work ?

Rotating the up and down pipes will free up the inlet making it a nice straight tract and can help all the way through the range.
Same engine, same fuel, same rollers.
Oh and assuming that's a meth map?
If so what did it make on pump fuel and what does it make now, did you see the same 30+ of each on pump fuel

lol yeah your tripping steve,the earlier JDM and spec c were twin scroll also mate,the spec c had the better of the two twin scroll turbo`s available tho which were the vf36 and vf37.

Bit of a side not what's the most a sc46 has seen on standard vpower and a built n pinned 2.5 block with supporting mods. With standard heads from a my11

Whats the difference between this and say a TD05 from Andy Forrest performance which uses the Billet( Just done a search and came across his site ) ?? Be good to hear other peoples views as I am maybe looking for another turbo

our SC36 is based on a 16 g with our billet aero compressor wheel, the SC38 is an 18 G with our billet aero comp wheel.
Not sure what Andy’s using at the moment, if you drop him a mail he will explain to you.

Our SC36 Billet has evolved over the years and now punches well above its weight, so much so we have had to introduce its smaller brother, the TD04 billet known to us as the SC32 Billet, priced at just £495.00 exchange.

All prices + vat.

I doubt you'd need an STI top mount or FMIC to achieve that figure either.
TBH if you're only aiming for 350bhp I'd recommend you stick with an STI TMIC as:
1) the car will be more responsive than on a FMIC and you can pick the top mounts up now for about £100. A good one will make up to 400bhp without too many issues.
2) you won't need to chop up your bumper to fit the tmic

we stock the perrin one, wired so it doesn’t collapse and is relatively easy to fit without the removal of the manifold, in stock £225.00 + vat.

Thanks to a bit of tinkering by Dan at Surrey Subaru Specialists, Simon managed to extract 412/365 out of the SC42 yesterday at the "bum" dyno (on ECUTek and Tesco Momentum 99). 
However, we reckon we might get 420 or more and a little more torque out of it by upgrading to a Perrin hose as it has a slightly more pronounced curve around the inlet at the turbo end, whereas the Viper one I'm using has a small indentation where the inlet touches it as it's less "curvy"

I also need to sort out a small issue where my centre section meets the down pipe as the flanges don't quite marry up right so with that fixed too I suspect she'll easily do over 420.
Anyway, was nice to see the car make decent power and finally get her into the 400+ club - Kev I might be in touch soon regarding a Perrin hose (which will be the second I've bought from you now!
