The way the rs focus puts its power down is unreel, You can come out of second gear bend in the wet and accelerate flat and they just grip and go no wheel spin. It dont make sence but it just does it, I have had a lot of scoobs and evo's and when i got this i thought it could'nt work but it does.

it is hard to explain because its diferent to other 2 wheel drive cars

Yes, but if I remember correctly from a review they say it doesn't really have any "go" until further up the rev range, so maybe it doesn't have enough power to break traction in your case?

Not having a go - just curious
I actually quite like them

in the case of the rs it depends how you put your power/foot down, there is lots of grip and plenty of "go" when needed if hamering it you can stil get a little "eek" from the fronts but it has never just spun
