Mr. Simon chapper, you obviously have not read the preceeding posts as there are numerous ref's to the only place any Scooby/evo/skyline blah blah owner would take their prized possesion for a thrash.

The one and only Nurburgring, where else DOH.!!.

Anyway dude come along and enjoy the fun, its gonna be big just sort out your digs

Hi MRK,

Yeah as i was at work i didn't have the time to read all 5 pages of postings... Did happen to see Germany later, so figured it must have been the ring ;-)

Always wanted to go there, but i'll prolly wait till i get a brake upgrade kit and the exhaust system beefed up.

If anyone feels like trashing around the Zolder circuit and is setting such an event up, i might be interested there...

Oh and i think there is a nice alternative to the ring... Spa Francorchamps??

just my 2 €cents worth ;-)

Wondered where the itinerary Calais (France) to Nürburg (Germany) went by, and oh geez, it runs right past my place WOOOHOOO. For those amongst you interested in filling up with 99 octane and socialising with a Belgian ScoobyFan (and driver), feel free to lemme know!

The itinerary is here:

I live in Leuven (Belgium)

Cool

full FIA-spec cage now fitted, engine being rebuilt as we speak... 5-speed gearbox on the cards... it's gonna be tight but i think we'll be ready in time!!!

(it'll be very tight in the car... three lads, a cage, tools and luggage in a 1982 Fiesta... i am definately insane!!!)

even splashed out on AA cover to get me home if i take the corners off the car!!!

looking forward immensely to seeing the gang again, hopefully not fixing so many squidgy subaroo brake pedals though....

Owbow

Hello m8 !!

You are all welcome to crash on my floor the night b4, as I live 45 mins from Ashford... as the journey down from Wales may take a few hours.
Looking forward to seeing the car..
Still remember the funny story about the group A head and your mums automatic metro !!

yo bitches!

yeah Matt i'll fix yours if needs be but they seemed fine last time, wouldn't have stopped the camera going thru your screen though....:eek!:

lord lucan, i might take you up on that, but there's 3 of us... have u got enough room?

trying to get the car ready is worrying me a bit at the moment... but not my engine builder.... he hasn't started properly yet as far as i can make out...!!!

sadly the metro is no more... she got me home from harj's house (200 miles) and kept going for a fortnight, head gasket went, towed her to a mate's house.... then she was stolen for parts!!!!

they must've been desperate!!!

Owain.
