It may not make all the people who do it stop but it may have enough of an impact to stop some people atleast.
I'm sure some people have looked at those pictures on cigarette packets...looked at there kid's and thought "I don't want that to be me so I'm going to quit". (hasn't made me quit but thats not to say it hasn't worked on others)
Some people need a big hard slap sometimes just to wake them up to how stupid there action's are and the consequences that will affect not only them but others.

Here in Sydney, Australia, I was in front of a "B" double once, it's like an articulated trailer/tractor unit but with an extra trailer, sort of one step towards a road-train, and I think maximum load capacity of 65 tonnes, female driver, *** in one hand, mobile phone in the other. Have no idea what she was using to steer with.

 

Could do with that gangster from Mansfield giving his input, the one who lives in the countryside and hates police.

That ad really does need to go out on National TV.
