Rumours on the Dundee United forum that Macnamara didn't take the training yesterday.
Hopefully the long suffering York City fans have seen the end of this utter imbecile.
However because of his Celtic connections he's still a media darling up here and he'll probably get a lower division managerial post again in the future.

It is just amazing that this cretin is still in a managerial position.
Not sure of the statistics regarding his time with York City but he surely must be the worst manager in their history.
When he inevitably is sacked, then supporters of any club in Scotland looking for a new manager will be praying their chairman doesn't even consider this buffoon.

Reported on the Dundee United forum today that Macnamara has been fined almost £500 for fare dodging on the train between York and Edinburgh.
The ticket should have cost £86, but the scumbag thought he could travel for free.
Maybe that's the excuse York City now have for sacking the imbecile.

We got beat 6-1 away at Guiseley last night, the worst performance from our shower of **** that I have ever seen.
And the manager is still in a job.

I see that Guiseley are the bottom team in the division, so that's a terrible result.
Looking on the York City website I notice that as well as Macnamara, you've also got Simon Donnelly and Craig Hinchcliffe who are also ex Dundee United.
Donnelly is just a " yes man " to Macnamara but Hinchcliffe was actually a pretty decent goalkeeping coach.
Young Aiden Connelly was a promising player at United, don't really know why we let him go, apart from the fact that he's really small and has never bulked out.
Last night's result must surely be the final straw and his P45 will be getting typed up today.

If he doesn't get a positive result away at Braintree on Saturday, he will resign.
C'mon Braintree

Manager away.
Looks like he's been ordered to train the youths until a new manager is appointed.
The cretin should be gone soon.
He'll probably end up exerting his imbecilic style of management on some poor Scottish team.

The minute he leaves can't come soon enough. You were right from the start, shame you didn't speak to our chairman first.

It's been reported in the Scottish press that Macnamara actually resigned from the manager position 6 days ago.
However it's also reported that he has been made Chief Executive to allow the chairman to spend more time running his business, some packaging company apparently.
Macnamara must have obtained some compromising photos of the chairman, there can be no other logical reason.

New manager in now, hopefully McNamara has nothing to do with the first team.
