Read what you wrote and then think about what you wrote in your closing statement
If someone bought the club tomorrow they wouldn't buy the debt you as in your own words it is the parent companys debt using United as collateral. Just like if you owe finance on your car say a £25k one that you owe £20k on, if you come to sell it your not going to sell it for the £5k its worth to you but how much it is actually worth and then pay off the remaining debt secured against it.
Just like most scousers you should really have listened at school more, or has all that altitude affected your brain

That debt figure doesn't include the interest that has to be paid on the loans over the coming years which increases with each repayment period. Sadly United are heading for a major downfall which was forseen when the Glazers took over. They would need somebody to buy them out and cover the interest the banks will want as well as the Glazers will probably want a profit so not a good investment for anybody unless they want a status symbol but a very very expensive one at that.

A £1billion toy is a somewhat limited play thing even to the mega rich. There is also the fact you could buy a club for £100 mil and have £900 mil to invest on players to make that club the best.... ya git me?!

Considering United have been rubbish all season it's amazing they're top although played more games. Rooney the only bright light. Thankfully Rio is back. Still think Chelsea will win it by 7 or 8 points.

Dare I say it ......
Nani's best performance in a United shirt, actually played for the team rather than himself, if he can learn from that performance and continue in that vein he may have a future at Old T, no doubt he'll **** it out of the window in his next game ..

Gotta agree FM. Was suprised to see Valencia on the bench but forgot all about that as Nani had an excellent game and has some serious pace on him. He seems to enjoy it more on the right wing which is gonna cause problems with Valencia.
Wtf was Rio up to with Fagan? Hard to see from the distant angles shown on Sky Sports last night but I wouldnt be suprised if that gets a closer look.

which is a very valid point. Nani's issues for me though are in his head not with regards to his skill so from a United point of view I hope it opens his eyes a bit to how he can develop his game. Time will tell.

Couldn't agree more re the fact it was only Hull, I based my comments on his crossing on Saturday, doesn't matter who they were playing against most defenders would have struggled with his crossing, pacey, consistant and acurate, not words I'd usually associate with Nani and some of his passing
Credit where credit is due, play well get a pat on the back, if I can give Fletcher a pat on the back then even Nani deserves one once in a while

That'll do for me
That's Ciddy back in their box.. had to listen too it on 5 Live (for some reason they can relay League cup football to this territory, they cant for the ECL and EPL) sounded like a good game, I'll watch it later when I get home.
As they say a final is a final, albeit a shiddy one like this

Very few United fans will be that bothered about reaching the final, it was we really didnt want to lose to city
As you said a final is a final

Was looking for you Pete Pete when they were celebrating in the corner but didn't see you
Cracking game, felt similar to the derby earlier on in the season, Rooney is just epic
