The coilovers are due to arrive with us on Friday. We will make every effort to turn the shipment round same day so hopefully you guys will start recieving them early next week

Again, DO NOT start booking your car into a garage on Monday etc, its possible that the delivery day will change, Im just passing the info on as and when I get it

We will be using Parcel; Force, shouldnt be effected by the strikes.

We will add the camber bolts, theyre not currently on your order. No problem though, we will sort it now

Lousie has pointed out that you have camber rear top mounts already, you dont need those and bolts. We wont add camber bolts unless you instruct otherwise.

Question

Just got an e-mail saying my orders ETA is 26th december 2009? and is a back order?

Is this a mis-print?

Bit disappointing if true as will be without the cash or coilovers for months?

Doubt if its a mis-print? Different dates for different people? Unless somebody has been burning the midnight oils and is tired and has big fingers and a small keyboard?

Me thinks its a next year job

Its a misprint for sure. Think it should be the 26th of October (Monday). No-one will be delivering on boxing day!! Bren said they are due in today and he would do his best for a same day turnaround, so next available date for delivery is Monday the 26th (October). Thats the way I see it anyway.

Its a glitch with the new(ish) system. We are constantly expanding on the systems capabilities and orde rupdates is one thats causing some snags.

To prevent the system from allocating sea order components to air freight orders we set the se orders due dates way in the future. What we should have done is reset the ETA to tommorrow before we finalised all the coilover orders but we didnt, hence you all getting the incorrect date.

But dont worry about it, it wont effect the delivery date

Coilovers have arrived with us. As in just arrived, theyre still on the truck outside. I cant see any reason why we wont turn them all round today. We also had nearly two ton of intercoolers arrive today (9 pallets!) so if we dont turn the coilovers round then one of the lads will be sleeping outside with the stock tonight!

Aye, theres a big stack of them going out today.

Poor guys here were left to deal with it, Ive just got back from one of our tuners. Been speccing the 2010 engine for our Skyline race car. Gone for a stroked larger bore version with stronger block. Mmmmyumyumyum. 570+lb.ft from bugger all rpm.

Hi Bren
Got the delivery advice-tracking email for my coilovers thanks
You also have front and rear ARBs which I have paid for sat with you - which you guys hung onto so they could be sent out with the coilovers all in one hit.

My tracking delivery email only mentions coilovers - are the ARBs with them ot not?
Ta
