Shopping list of items needed for the rebuild,
1. Head Gaskets, (which to go for) make/thickness.
2. Crank seal + O-ring (front)
3. Crank seal (rear)
4. Oil pump (uprated)
5. Thermostat (Do they do a motorsport version)
6. Water pump (is the std one upto it)
7. Cam belt
8. Cam belt tensioner
9. Pullies (not looked into those yet)
10. Eng/Gearbox mounts (uprated)
11. Altenator (motorsport version)
12. Plug leads/coil packs
13. Turbo (TD05-20G, VF 34, ect.)
Any advice on any of the above would be welcome.

Did you use any chemical to clean the block and gearbox as well? if so what? I use a Karcher steam cleaner at 1500psi when cleaning blocks / gearboxes.. and they seldom come up that good

After speaking to the fabricators from a local subaru specialists, the shell is now going to a workshop for a front end make over to enable us to use a WRC engine cradle, (so much lighter as well) thus enabling the engine to be fitted lower and further back in the engine bay, therefor improving the C of G, this will also mean we can use WRC hub`s, (lighter and stronger), there goes the budget again.............
As for the engine, the parts are arriving bit by bit, xmas cant come soon enough.

Due to the work load over the last few months this project has had to take a back seat, but have now got time on my hands to start moving it forward again, below is a list of things we need asap..
Rear diff carrier,
R180 3.9 diff, shafts and hubs.
Uprated engine mounts.
Grp N gearbox mount.
Drive shaft, RA/STi, (not sure if they are the same).
So if you have any of the above laying around drop me a line please.
