I just bought a GT Gold Brembo kit (1E5.6002A4) and I wonder if I should buy this Hub Centric (10mm) to fit the Brembo's on my WRX 2011 OEM wheels.

It'll be cheaper in the long run. It fact, it maybe your only option, unless you get the older 2001 onwards STi' wheels. Because Hatch Sti's wheels shoud be 5x114pcd, and WRX is 5x100. So to get the correct year STi wheels for your car, will involve a lot of work.
