Which begs the question as to why his (apparently global) internet persona so very different?
If it is an intentionally manufactured persona, he needs to grow a thicker skin.
If its not, and possibly born of the paranoia to which you refer, then perhaps bulletin boards are not the place for him?

So maybe this is his way of getting a thicker skin, it might be unintentional if not subliminal but shurely it's there otherwise why be such a sucker for punishment.
Or failing that he's just an antagonistic plank who likes to this he knows better and got royally shot down for thinking he's holier than thou.
Either way it was much fun and i really do hope he comes back.

Perhaps that's why he keeps coming back, when i was younger, which btw was a while ago i was a very shy reserved little boy, years of being hounded has put paid to that nonsense and now i get involved with the ruckus and in the process have a good laugh.

They're all coming out of the woodwork now. Shows how many of the old timers still look in from time to time. That's why the last few days have been good - it's been a little like what it used to be.

As I remember it NACRO didn't boast about his wealth or intellectual prowess. The former was gleaned by reading posts he made about his lifestyle and pastimes. The latter was evidenced by his ability to beat all his opponents in the textual poker of scoobynet 'debates'. This ability was even more impressive when you consider he was playing against the house,its stacked deck and all the other players.

Matteboy could have been a rather good troll persona at one point, the problem is he spoilt it by letting us all know, that he was not really playing the troll-chess game, and in fact he actually believed the drivel that he was typing

PS Lewis did the same thing but on a more widespread scale. SSU now looks like a trained dog, on an instant ban if he wees on the carpet now.
SN seems to have rid itself from those able, or that dare to have a bit of funa and push the boundaries. Fun/interst we all enjoyed in the site's hyatas of 02-06. I suppose it was independent then.
And, yes, I have ****ed off cos I have found it dull, in the main, before the usual warriors say it
