Gerrard is not guilty of any offence....end of.
I didnt like the way he he walked around the bar area looking for the remote, I didnt like the way he demanded the stand-in DJ should play his music, I didnt like the way he approached McGee when he was sat on the stool head to head, I didnt like the fact that his mate jumped in and snidily elbowed McGee in the face.......but it doesent matter what I or anyone else likes or dislikes, Gerrard left the court with no bruises whatsoever.
What I dont like is the fact that it should never have gone this far, it was a waste of time, money and effort.

Before that he was walking round acting hard cos he had a few benefit claimants with him, if it wasnt for a highly paid lawyer, and a few kickbacks to witnesses etc, he would have got done for that!

As I said earlier, what a complete waste of time, money and effort....even the lads who pleaded guilty walked.....laughable.
Six men involved in a bar room brawl with England footballer Steven Gerrard WALKED FREE from court after being given suspended prison sentences.
Five of the men admitted affray and one admitted threatening behaviour in a fight with businessman Marcus McGee, 34, at the Lounge Inn in Southport last year.
At Liverpool Crown Court, Recorder of Liverpool Henry Globe QC handed down sentences of 18 weeks imprisonment but suspended them for 12 months, and also ordered the men to perform 150 hours of unpaid work.
The fight broke out in the early hours of December 29 as the Liverpool captain and his friends were celebrating the club's 5-1 destruction of Newcastle Utd.
