From: Happy that I'm back in a Scooby - but maybe I should have told the wife...!
What a great day this was.
Thanks to Kin quick ( who lived up to his name ) for giving me a ride round really enjoyed it.
Thanks to Budgie ( who was also flying ) also for the ride round. Sounds like the car might be even Quicker after the winter.
Gutted for Phil and Ed. After Ed had a Quick blast round the car decided to chuck it`s dummy. And was`nt coming out to play anymore.

Respect to Kin quick for taking Matt round ( A boy with learning difficulties that was there with his dad) Seeing the lad`s joyful reaction to his experience was priceless. Well done Ross.
Oh and Budgie don`t forget to keep massaging your bottom hose.

From: Daily drive is a Scoob again - just what it should be!
OMFG - what a totally awesome weekend it was at Snetterton - especially Saturday - I really really enjoyed it (well most of it) and so did Simon!
Right, I now believe I am suitably recovered to say a few 'thank yous' for the weekend!
Firstly THANK YOU Phil for organising us, sorting our tickets at very short notice & also the stand pass!
Thank you to Simon57 for offering up his hotel room at exactly the same time as we realised we had left it too late to book anywhere - perfect timing!
Thank you to Ross (Kin Quick) & Pete (Budgie) for giving Ark a few laps in both your Subarus - you made an old man very hapy - however I am not so happy as he has now got 'the bug' and this weekend confirmed he wants a track day car.....oh well, it was only savings!!

Also a huge thanks to Ed & Phil for letting Simon get his hands dirty on the Pug - he was determinded to get it running - as you may have noticed!!
A huge well done to Andy (Pinseeker) who really seemed to enjoy his day, and was absolutely flying by the end of it. He does however have to win 'tart of the day' for his 'matching' fuel cans.......

.........by far the prettiest in the pit lane!!
I would also like it to be known that there is nothing 'Kin Slow' about Kin Quick - in my opinion he was too 'Kin Quick for my liking............
I nearly had to bale after two laps, but managed to hang on for a full 6 laps - afterwards it was bloody awesome, but I'm not too sure what I thought at the time!!

Seriously Ross - thanks for taking me out - it was brilliant to be able to go round the track in a Scoob at high speed, 120mph was the top speed I saw on the speedo - but wasn't looking at it all the time. Sorry if I couldn't say how good it was at the time!! Awesome driver - thanks!!

(I'm sure Mick will add his own comments to this in time......
)
Finally, again, and on behalf of his Dad, I would like to thank Ross for taking the time to take Matt round the track, not once but twice during the day.
For those that weren't there, Matt is 14, however he has severe learning difficulties, and he absolutely loves Scoobs. He was totally made up to be allowed to go on track with Ross, and left at the end of the day a VERY happy lad!

and finally...................................the picture I promised you - you know who you are - enjoy!!

and Phil said there was nothing to look at on Sunday!!
A little bit of rear end action
