Got a text as I was driving out, pulled over to read it and was from Carly. One of her Uncle's decided enough was enough and took his own life 
Just puts everything into perspective of how volotile life can be sometimes for some people. I've battled with depression for the last few years but never got close to that stage.

SOrry to hear that news mate we all get down at times and as Tiny says there is so much to live for
Yup not be on medication for the last 18 months.
Loads of good times within the ESC.
