It is a difficult one, not appearing too flash if you have that kind of money, peopel tend to gravitate to Bentley's, Lambo's and the like, I am not that bothered but would probably join a supercar club so I could have a go of some nice tackle without them generating too much jealousy, you can say you have rented it, plus get the idea which suit you in case you decide to buy one, would still have a 911 Turbo though as they are not all that in your face.

Also, I would build something myself, have always hankered after putting a YB into an otherwise standard looking MK1 Capri along with a selection of other "sleepers".

This is the thing though, with that sort of money you could easily sort out all your friends mortgages and still have more money than you'd know what to do with.

What I'd do is quietly pull them to one side and show them the cheque. Tell them its for them, but on the understanding it remains an absolute secret. No one can ever know about it and you will not hand over the cheque doesnt get handed over until you get that promise.

Do that for all your friends and they'll be comfortable for the rest of their lives. All of them will know what you've done and possibly suspect you've done it for the rest of them, but with the amount you've sorted them out with, they'll happily not mention it.

After that, then it'd be non stop parties, exotic holidays and get togethers, all of my mates invited and paid for of course. I'm more than happy buying a round of drinks for my friends, this would be an extension of that with broader horizons my luck would be able to finance.

I beleive you can win large amounts of money and keep your friends. Of course things are going to change, but it would be up to the individual to make sure its an enrichment of peoples lives rather than a souring.
