And I've been plugging my phone into my Alpine iPod stereo for 18 months, it displays album art and has all the functions of the iPod and charges my phone. Now it can also stream via bluetooth.
I take it your phone will be updated to include all of these features too... thought not.
Nope because my HU is not capable.... do i care....

I forgot to swipe all to the right to find my seven pages of apps
My icons are there but as soon as i touch them the program opens up then returns to the home page of the phone. I've synced them with the phone but to no avail

ron, just give it a whack with the pujel stick in your trousers
The one update I wasn't confident about was battery life, but I have to congratulate Apple once more, I've been hammering the phone for hours now and the battery is still full.

Just tried mobile me "find my phone" . Worked to within 6 feet
Just sent the iphone a message
Hello Chris' iPhone. God you not only have a great mobile, but you are sexy, ahead of the pack and above all dont have a blackberry
And that came through just fine
Quite obviously the new ibull**** detector did'nt install properly, but don't worry they're will be an app for that
It may have been a good idea to remove the apps before updating, not sure if it's the case now but in the past the applications were still on your phone taking up space, just not showing on the screen following an update. Removal was a manual process if it happened.

To be honest Jack I'm not sure when, if i have, backed them up in the past, hence loosing them hey hoo
Found some bugs in it, hopefully there will be some fixes out.
Worse one is spotlight search - if it finds a deleted email in local mailboxes and I read it, it won't return me to my Google/IMAP inbox, I have to search again and find an inbox item.
I got a first sms from 02 last night saying MMS not setup but they would be doing it shortly. Then an mms about 1 min later saying its enabled. The fact I received one from them I assume means its working. Cant say I ever use mms all that much anyhow.
So from what I can see the only way they have enabled sms forwarding is to allow you to copy the text from an existing sms, create a new text and send? Or am I missing something else?
