Yeah right!! Watch a police or military dog display team, a lab or GSD will clear that easy..

Nope, they have moved urban cos humans make it pish easy for them to find food.

Ah, right - so they just need to go over Common Lane to be away into fields. Perfect urban/rural mix for Foxy.

Any rifle using a 2 inch cartridge is in no way suitable for the sort of area you're talking about - the allotments are completely encircled by housing I think?

If he's firing that sort of stuff in there (which I somehow doubt) then I'm amazed he hasn't either A) had someone phone the Firearms mob, or B) killed someone.

I have a feeling he might just be pulling your leg to spend time talking to a pretty girl?

The easiest way to explain the rule that we work with from The Firearms Act is that you can shoot at anything within your fences/bounderies, but should your pellet/dart/bullet etc pass through or over your boundary, then you are liable to be nicked.

There a 3 types of weapons which are probably best described as - air weapons; pistols under 6ft/lb rifles under 12ft/lb pressure, Section 1 firearms; legal with a licence or section 5; don't have them or you're looking at a big s**t!

I'm certified to carry S.5 firearms, but once I'm off duty it's locked up and can't be accessed.

My suggestion is simply don't play with or carry weapons of any sort. The ARV's (firearms squad) around here carry some serious munitions and you don't want to be on the wrong end of them
