Great Job Ian,one thing though, your lambda looks a little hard to get at the base hex part for removal and will be a bit awkward for when it's mapped and the mapper needs to insert his wideband one?

it be ok, I put a hold in the tan mat first, and after it was all together, made a hold in the silver mat, and screwed it in, and nipped up, so it should be easy enough to change.
my mapper uses a up the pipe sensor ;-)

this is what i think caused my standard s206 to die of oil starvation. it is the banjo bolt from the engine to turbo oil line.
anyone see what the problem could of been?
this is the banjo bolt from oil line and turbo

Yep, you should have been running larger type Ian, the small one is for roller bearing turbos.

indeed, the funny thing is that i havent had a roller bearing turbo as far as i know (standard turbo, af 20g, s206)
edited to say, im wrong the standard turbo (vf28) is a ball bearing)

Flame suit on.......
sometime you enjoy the low boost setting more, as you can get more out of the car pulling hard. but when its in high boost, it is all over toooo quick ;-)

here is a quick vid of 2nd and 3rd gear.
one think i have noticed, is the gearing from the 5 speed to the 6 speed. in the 5 speed 3rd gear was good up to 100mph, where 3rd on the 6 speed is good for about 80 mph, and 4th is needed for the ton (all on a non public place)

I would but I like the m140i to much, and compared to the days from when I has this classic impreza, the bm is so easy to get power from
