I`ve got a Cobra one on my wagon, over 4 years old and 60 000 miles, no problems at all.
Phone up H and S, they have sports cats for both 2.0 and 2.5 l hatches, much cheaper than Milltek, and equal, if not better, in quality.
Had a full miltek system, an oil and filter change and new HKS panel filter fitted today ready for Bob Rawle to map it in the morning. What should I expect the gains to be?
Car is looking great! Let us know how mapping goes
Same problem here. If it's the Kenwood satnav, there's a small 30mm fan on the rear. Google Ic-Fan F3010EB-12UCV for something similar. They seem to come with different ratings and wire lengths and mine was too short to fit from what I can remember.
I still need to source one that's the same as it's bugging me!!
I'm on the search now that i know the fan is easily accessible from the back of the head unit. Did you get anything yet ? I found this but it's 0.18amp rather than 0.1qamp that's needed (not sure if it would matter) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/30mm-x-10m...YAAOSwQYZWys8W

Had to re arrange due to work commitments which a shame but hay ho. This is my favourite road going Subaru even more so than my S204, the dampers are unreal!

I had a look on hayward and scott website and they don't have them.
What is the afterburner one like from Scoobyworld
Cheers
Think you'll find them there .... typical outdated website & not brilliantly clear. Ring Ian and he'll give you some options too ( ceramic costings etc)
Matt Black rattle can with grey primer, I just need to rub it down some more then a couple more coats! I repaired the original one with Super glue and an out of date debate card to give it strength.I bought one off ebay but it didn't sit right on the bumper so I sent it back. It didn't have the lip on it either so repairing mine saved myself £125
Hi all,
Quite fancy a roof vent on my sti hatch and wondered people's opinions? Any links of where to purchase one from and do they sit well on the roof? An imitation one ideally rather than cutting the roof

Thanks in advance all
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I'm with salsa on this one , if your going to put a roof vent in put a proper one in .. Got mine from Japanparts.com but wasn't cheap but it actually lets air into the car rarther than jut being a useless bit of Fiberglass stuck to the roof that does nothing ,, cutting the roof is easy and worth it for a proper one
Can anyone offer any recommendations on coilovers I had ASTs on a while back until the all started leaking again and now back on standard with Tein springs and the handling is terrible, I have a budget of £800.
Buy some new 20th anniversary suspension from Japan Parts the damping is amazing. That must be in budget. I'm not being biased as I've driven loads of Subaru's including the S204 and my 2003 Spec c but out the box the 20th's suspension for uk roads is nothing short of perfect IMO.

I had BC Racing on mine for 8 years, The only thing that went were the front bearing tops & a bit of paint off the springs. But were fantastic.
