Anyone have a buzzing comming from their satnav ? Sounds like a disc in a disc drive . Have no disc in , nav or cd etc. Must be a cooling fan ? Quite loud.

Same problem here. If it's the Kenwood satnav, there's a small 30mm fan on the rear. Google Ic-Fan F3010EB-12UCV for something similar. They seem to come with different ratings and wire lengths and mine was too short to fit from what I can remember.
I still need to source one that's the same as it's bugging me!!

I only brought the car home lastnight so it'll be getting fixed under warranty but it's nice to know what to tell the dealer what's wrong . Thanks for the info , i did google it but not much showed up so I'll try what you said

I take it the fan is out of ballance ? Wonder if it just needs cleaned ?

The door cards are for a rally car so don't have any room for speakers underneath or any cut outs for switches so you either have to do without or cut your own switches in

Going to pester you guys over the next few weeks till i get used to this 330s.

Can the "door open" dings be turned off ?
Can the alarm arming/disarming chirp be turned on ?
Can the central locking open all doors instead of just drivers ?

Have keyless entry and its confusing me . Just let me know if its possible , i had a look at the book but cant make head not tail of it. If i know it can be done I'll give it a thorough read.

what door open DINGS?
turn on what arming/disarming chirps?

central locking... press the keyfob twice to open both sets of door.
off the door handle button, press once.. open the door then press the door unlock button next to the electric window shut off button... thats how I open the others doors

So I've recently been working through a coolant issue. My car will use a very small amount of coolant each time I go out. I pressurised the system and this is fine there is no leaks and no loss of pressure. So the only component not tested is the expansion/overflow tank which attaches to the rad. It looks like the previous owner put a cheap after market one on and the yellow cap had a small hole in the centre so I'm wondering if my small coolant loss is down to evaporation through this??

My question is can you guys show me which tanks your using and where you got them from.

When i was working on the car (cleaning the interior) there is a "door open" ding that constantly goes and it was driving me mad.

On my old subaru you could have an audible sound to let you know the alarm was set , one chirp for set , two for unset.

When getting multiple people in the car , they are all standing pulling the handles to get in before i have a chance to get in and hit the central locking button on the inside. They assume (rightly IMO) that once they hear the unlock sound of my door that all the doors have opened. Surely there's a setting to open all doors with drivers handle button ? I think if i hit the keyfob twice it does but defeats purpose of keyless entry.
I should get a chance to play about tonight , been flat out since i got the car.

I push the button on the door handle twice if there is passengers ,, then shout at them to leave the handles alone while you unlock it lol
