Default Snow tyres

Snow tyres on 17" rims, the rims are second hand and have a few scuffs on them & to be honest are perfect for the slippy salty winter months when you don't want to run your good alloys and expose them to unnecessary corrosion!
The wheels were used for 4 days max this year in the winter and as you can see are in new condition with obviously no punctures.
Selling as they will not fit over my new brakes.
I do not sell rubbish.
The grip on these tyres on loose or hard packed snow is like driving on a dry road when braking!
Cost me over £700

Sti Wheels in gold
Enkei 17 x 8 J
PCD 114 from a hatch
Offset 53
Yokohama W Drive 215/45/17 91V

£350 ovno pick up or you organise courier as i will not post unless paid for by you
Sold as seen unless i have mislead you in anyway, once they ship there are no returns!

Listed elsewhere.

The yoko W Drive tyres are good winter tyres, I have a set on some old 17" wheels, not much snow etc. in last winter and used them for 3 months but not a lot of wear and seemed almost as good as the Goodyear F1 !!!

Hi All, not been on here for a bit and wanted to ask a quick Q if I may. Whats the best oil to put in my 09 STI Hatch? I've just ordered a K&N air and oil filter set and wanted to put the best oil I can in the engine :-) Apart from that she is going well and passed her MOT last week with flying colours...Oh she is also out of warranty now so I'm feeling a little unsettled right now. I'm thinking of a mild re map at some point but not sure who to go too. Talked to Slowboy racing today and was please with what I was told etc. Also spoken to Jollygreenmonster (my local mapper) who feels he can give me a safe map of around 355bhp and include auto blip, L control and flat floor shifting ;-)
in regard to the K&N panel air filter, what can I exspect in terms of performance? cheers Ian

That’s what I’m after but unfortunately I think my pcd is 100. Will check tomorrow to be sure.

Been looking at grills for my car after being let down by garage :-(
My car has this grill

I was looking on the zunsport website and they list a grill for my car with this grill but when you click on it, it shows you a picture of an STI grill :-(

Has any one else ordered this grill or have a picture of it?

Cheers guys

Your's is the same as the STI grill just chrome with a different centre so I'd imagine the Zun grill replaces the centre with mesh.

Hi Rob,
I've followed you advice and have just ordered 5L of Gulf Comp 5W40
The guy on the phone said the 5W40 would give better cold start protection over the 10W40.
The guy also said the Gulf comp range of oils are some of the best around
and I got a discount .....with next day dev 5L cost £43..

So all good, the K&N air and oil filter arrived today so I'm all set for a oil change..

Do you think I will see a change in performance with the K&N Airfilter?

Cheers Ian
