Those the OEM Dunlops mate? Good luck in the slippy stuff! I had them on last winter and they were horrendous.

For this winter I've got these waiting to go on.

Again no scrubbing and I find the ride fine on the worse roads in the UK. I think the look suits the car but they seem to be marmite on here.

Rob, I take it the roof vent your interested in is the type as shown on the silver hatch a couple of pages back? If so, the part number for the complete roof vent assembly is 65710FE000. Check the price on your system (if it's listed) and then give me a bell - think I can do better than the figures you're looking at.

Incidently, that type of vent was never an option for the hatch - the hawkeye was the last to use that type - so I'm not convinced they fit as well as they could.

If you want the real deal for the hatch then I can get that for you also (stock permitting). It's a study in carbon gorgeousness and would nicely compliment your impending carbon spoiler, only down side is it's horribly expensive.

Cheers, Neil

Looked at these a while back - they do look good, and there is a supplier in Devon.
Expensive (£700 IIRC) and according the the NASIOC site they need to be fitted with the front bonnet clips so they fit well.
I reckon the bonnet needs extractor vents about level with the front of the scoop to extract air from behind the rads. Then with the side vent mod, that will draw air from behind the bonnet extractor vents (as well as hot under bonnet air flowing out under the car). Any reduction in pressure under the bonnet must help cool air flow into the engine bay through rad etc.
My2p worth !

Would love one if funds allowed! Also, not sure I have the cajones to cut a hole in the roof of the thing.

I've whipped my front fog cover trim off, and stripped the back off and can see where a light bar would fit. A light bar no more than 12cm long X 2cm high X 3cm deep would be ideal

cus it's illegal to drive with your fog lights on... unless its foggy!

DRL can be on all the time. No need to have your side lights of head lights on.
