yep, keep getting emails about upgrade offers, but don't want to shell out another £180 + send back the B2 to upgrade for something I already have.
As we already have a Garmin and I've the sat nav in the 330s I don't need a sat nav with detector. So no point just getting the basic PoGo that does what i've already got... the upgrade cost is very expensive just to get the window sucker fitting lol
if the B2 goes wrong then I'll re think, But I've only just had a £35 speaker repair o the B2, so want to keep it a bt longer too. Also I paid out an extra £100 a few years ago for a second car fitting kit, they don't give money back for that either.

Car serviced and has passed its first MOT with no problems, even got to drive a 60 plate forester for the day as a courtesy car. Pretty spacious and the boxer diesel is lively.

Yeah, do get a lot of e-mither off them!
My B2 screen was going - dark and very hard to read, so did p/x .. as you say still £180 ish.
I use the pogo alert and the car's sat nav unit!

And it has so there is a job for Saturday morning!
I'm off to the Jap meet at Bluewater on Saturday if anyone else is around, looks like it's going to be a big one if anyone is local, hopefully there will be atleast 2 hatch's there to stand our ground!

Yep, for about 18 months now and running about 345bhp, mapped by Duncan (Dynamix) and very happy with it, main reason for map was that I was just not happy with the standard generic map and did not trust it would not go pop, the extra power was a nice bonus though and it really pulls now in 3rd, 4th and 5th!

Well could not wait any longer (no comments Gbnut) and just popped my new strut brace on, nice fit and took all of 10 minutes, only issue I had was the torque settings (thanks Paul) are 20Nm and my wrench starts at 40Nm so will have to check these at the weekend.
Not sure of its effectivness but for what it cost I'm not really that worried.
Also cleaned up my bay last week and finally got the grease off from where they sprayed it everywhere in the factory, sorry about pics, could not be arsed to dig out the compact!
Cheers

Looks good Arron, maybe fit mine Sat if it really is only 10mins. (I'll check my Torque Wrench and see what it starts at)

A little update on my car. I am now running my hatch with approx 8% methanol with a 2nd racerom map by Martyn @ Enginetuner.
Nearly got it to 500/500, but to say im happy is a massive understatement. The car is an absolute animal now. Hitting peak boost 1.7bar at 3400rpm it would leave the cossie subaru in lag world wondering why its got such a poor turbo.
I now have 2 maps "S mode" is a vpower map and "S# mode" a methanol map. I also have auto blip on down shift which is very handy and launch control.
Thanks Martyn your a legend!
If your coming towards the end of your warranty and fancy upping the power with no extra lag. I suggest you give enginetuner a call. Get yourself forged and slap on one of these sc46 billet turbos and you will never look back.
