There are only 5 license keys for win 7 and readily available to find through Google. You don't need to apply for one, any one of the 5 will work and activate fine. My registered one that I applied for was just one of the 5 listed all over the web.

I downloaded the 64bit version, installed fine and was up and running in 20 mins.
Then when I installed AutoCAD I realised that it was only for the 32bit version.
Now downloading the 32bit version DOH!
