Bear Grylls
I've not eaten anything too exotic. My wife ate 3 or 4 "onion rings" until the waitress came to apologise and said its calamari rings.
Not sure who she wanted to hit first, the waitress or me laughing at her expression

Dont care what you say in his defence, BG is just a posh boy who was spending his time playing at being a soldier in the TA ( if he wanted to be a soldier that badly, why not sign up full time ? ) and climbing mountains when other people had to get PROPER REAL jobs.
Funny how you find most of these explorer / adventurer / round the world yachtsmen types are all upper class, ( probably how they can afford to dissapear off round the world for 6 months on some jolly ) spending daddies allowance on pretending they are Indiana Jones.
Personally I think he made it all up, and has never done any of these things, but conned some gullible TV producers into paying him for drinking his own **** out of a dead snake, whereas before he had just had to do it at home for fun.

I don't really rate his born survivor programmes much either,to me i can see it's more from an entertainment side than anything else.I remember watching the one when he got stung by them bees in the desert for a little bit of honey, one of the most silly things i have seen.
