I don't think age matters one jot as long as you have the figure. Flaunt it 
I saw loads of "young" girls last year with bellies bigger than mine when I was 9 months preggers. Quite revolting, especially when it spreads round to the back

Muffin tops aint to bad, the absolute worse is when the girlies ( gross ones ) wear the black ski pants,with to much fat and lumps .they look like they have been filled up with lumpy cold porridge. urghhhhh
