midriffs and the over 30s...

Summer is getting closer and the inevitable is about to happen......too much baggy flesh on show

When is a woman too old to flash the flesh? :wonder:

Just curious :p

It's not the age - it's the waist size! If *a* woman has anything hanging over her belt then it's a big no no .....

Dave

Torquemada 30 March 2009 04:46 PM

Yep, it's gonna be muffin-top-tastic! :lol1:

They'll never learn :freak3:

Oh and it very much depends on the quality of flesh being flashed :D

MissyV 30 March 2009 04:48 PM

It's not a good look for anyone over the age of 14...:o unless of course your in a bikini...then it's ok (body dependant of course :D)

sarasquares 30 March 2009 04:48 PM

I saw a mum at school today, she had a tight tum but it was covered in stretch marks, and i must say, it looked awful. I know that the marks are baby marks but is that acceptable? :p

Nah, to me that's mank. I don't mind women having them but out on show is a bit eugh!
A girlfriend of mine a few years ago had a great bod but also stretch marks as she had 2 kids already (and coke habit  but that's another story!!!lol), which she hated but I didn't find they put me off her at all, but not for display though :thumb:

Matteeboy 30 March 2009 04:56 PM

Mrs Matt pretty much covered herself in moisturiser twice a day when pregnant and doesn't have any stretch marks at all. Seen some Mums that look like tigers with all their "stripes" though.

Don't think it's age related - some are in terrific shape even in their 50s.

Have to say though, a nice female tummy slightly on show (too much just looks pikey) is bloody sexy - it doesn't necessarily have to be super skinny, just trim and a bit toned.

Muffin tops are as sexy as a dog turd in a swimming pool.

I agree that there's older women out there with GREAT bodies but it just looks a bit off when you see one of them walking around in a belly top I mean come on now...it's not a good look at all! Like I said, a bikini...not a problem but anything else? Dead that...leave it to the kids!

I assume you are referring to the 'mutton dressed as lamb' types,
and you're very right :thumb:

Have we officially had Tit-Monday yet then? :Suspiciou

sarasquares 30 March 2009 05:23 PM

It would be a bit worrying if it stayed there!!

Nat 30 March 2009 05:41 PM

It's fine if you have the figure for it.

A little "lip" of a belly is OK and quite cute. Overly flat/inverted stomachs are wrong looking on women.

I don't know how to type the little noise that comes out when I see this picture.

Oooeengh! (In a good way!)

Yeah, I'm sure that talk of using 100% beef thermometres would arise :D
