wow
wow ... scary numbers. Perhaps I am aiming too high - certainly doesn't have the same high spec. It has to go - it's just sitting there doing now't. Guess I'll have to be more realistic, assuming even then someone will actually make an offer!

I think its the fuel and insurance that puts people off???
..... Im old and do few miles so I dont care
I did strike a good bargain especially while the market was weak, but the guy I bought it off did say the only other person who viewed ( in weeks) had offered £1400....

Dave if you want me to remove this is i will mate this to advice you ok the reason your car wont sell at £2700 is.
1.Its an auto this is a major issue these never sell on here well
2. not tax and mot after next month
3.1995.
4.80k miles
5.quite standard ie brakes wheels ect no money if some one was going to break it ..
For the price you are asking you can but p,r,s, reg turbo cars with mods to match 300bhp.
If you want some advice to sell i would say £1,950 to some one would be a decnt buy for the both you and the purchaser.

I'd try advertising it on PistonHeads.com :: Speed Matters as well - it's free and I've had good enquiries from there before.

Thanks for the feedback, including Big Fud's (though I should mention the price is £2,250 not £2,700 and the tax and MoT run out back end of November, not next month!).
I agree, though, that because it's standard and an auto, it has less appeal.
I may give Pistonheads a go but in any event it clearly needs a new price. Looks as though it may have to be quite a bit less than the current asking price. Which is a shame.

Hi Dave,
I would be very tempted to make you an offer if somebody would be interested in buying my 02 bugeye WRX for a decent amount. I too am trying to tighten the purse strings and your car looks like it has been lovingly kept....great looking bodywork in particular.
Have you had any viewings yet?
In the meantime, have a free bump!
Sherif

Thanks Sherif. No, not one inquiry - most curious. As you say, the car's in excellent nick and I thought that alone might have warranted some calls. Ho hum.
Here's to retirement Big Fud!
